President: David Cortese
David has lived in Florida for most of his life, also having lived in Puerto Rico and Brazil. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese while also studying French in college. A graduate of the University of Florida, David spent several years working in the banking and technology industry before finding what he’s truly passionate about: vacations. David entered the timeshare industry in 2006 and worked two years for Marriott Vacation Club before joining the resale industry. He has traveled extensively, visiting many of the timeshare resorts in Florida, California and the Caribbean. David welcomed his first born son in 2010 “Daniel” while also adding his second child “Dylan” in 2012. David has been married to his wonderful wife, Sharon, since 2005. David’s greatest enjoyment is helping families make that vacation dream come true.
Vice President : Jeff Halleck
Jeff is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent and Charter member of LTRBA. He has been Selling Timeshares for Hotel Timeshare Resales International, Inc., and Real Estate since 2009. A Native Californian, Jeff has resided in Southern California for the last 28 years. He studied Marketing at Cal State University Fullerton and prior to working in the Timeshare industry, he spent 15 years working directly with the Chairman, CEO and President for a Fortune 500 company in the Environmental Engineering and Consulting field. He performed varies duties including Project Management, Sales and Recruiting, Corporate Development and Acquisitions. Additionally, he is an Entrepreneur and started three successful companies on his own prior to entering into Real Estate. This year he will celebrate his 28th year anniversary to his wife Deeann, and enjoys playing Golf, Tennis and Pickle ball with his wife and sons Tyler and Chase.
Treasurer: Nancy Snyder
Nancy has over 30 years experience in the Travel Industry. She began her career as a Travel Agent and worked in all aspects of the travel business including leisure travel, corporate travel and meeting planning. She was the personal travel agent for the Orlando Magic NBA team during the first two inaugural years as a franchise in Orlando. In 2000, Nancy decided to get her Real Estate License and sell Timeshare. She thought selling Timeshares would be the perfect transition into a new career since she had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the travel industry. Nancy has worked for Marriott Vacation Club for 8 years and was a consistent top producer selling all of their worldwide resorts from the corporate office in Orlando. She also worked for Hilton Grand Vacations as well. After working for the Resort Developers for years, Nancy decided to enter into the Timeshare re-sale market and she absolutely loves it. Traveling the world and experiencing other cultures is her passion in life. She enjoys helping others by showing them how to travel in luxury at a fraction of the cost by purchasing a timeshare resale.
Secretary: Shelley Preece
Shelley Preece is a charter member of LTRBA and has been on its Executive Board of Directors since its inception. She has recently completed two terms as Treasurer and is currently an Executive Board Member. She has chaired the LTRBA Budget Committee and the Finance Committee since 2010.
In 2012, Shelley founded Shelley C. Preece Realty, a Nevada licensed real estate company where she is a licensed Real Estate Principal Broker. She has been a licensed Sales Agent in the State of Utah since 1990 after joining TransAction Realty in 1987. Previously, Shelley had worked for a large timeshare management company after attending the University of Utah and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
In addition to LTRBA, Shelley is a member of ARDA (Association of Resort Developers of America) and ARDA-WIN.
Shelley devotes her spare time to her family, traveling, enjoying anything outdoors in Utah, volunteer work and her quest to hit the perfect 6 iron shot.
She has volunteered for the Ronald McDonald House, FruitShare, a local harvesting co-op, and as President of the Parent Association of her son’s high school for 3 years while he was a student. Shelley was awarded the Utah Helping Hands Philanthropy of The Year Award for Non Profits in 2012 by Judge Memorial Catholic High School where her son graduated with honors, Class of 2014. He now attends the University of Portland, Class of 2018. Go Pilots!
Immediate Past President/Board Member Class 3: Clark Rowley
Clark Rowley, RRP, is the Vice President of Sales for SmartChoice Timeshare Resales and its subsidiary Luxury Residence Club Resales, the Authorized Resale Broker for Four Seasons Residence Clubs. Prior to moving into the resale market he was the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Scottsdale Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and Vice President of Professional Resort Operators (Pro) Management Co., where he began his hospitality career 28 years ago. His responsibilities include directing the owners rental program, food and beverage, activities, concierge, spa services, event and meetings, and revenue management.
Clark has been actively involved with ARDA and ARDA Arizona for the past 19 years. He is Chairman of ARDA AZ and has chaired the ARDA Arizona Legislative Breakfast for past 14 years and has served as Chairman of the ARDA Foundation’s Professional Development Committee for the past seven years. He served as the 1999 President of the Arizona Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and served on the Board of Directors for HSMAI America’s Board. In 2002-03, Clark formed the HSMAI Past President’s Council for the Arizona Chapter of HSMAI which won the “Best of the Best” Award nationally. He was the recipient of the 2004 HSMAI Hospitality Sales and Marketing Professional of the Year and the 2005 President’s Achievement Award. Clark also teaches a real estate law class regarding timesharing and has held an Arizona Real Estate License for the past 21 years. He chairs the Scottsdale Christel House Open Golf Tournament benefiting the children of Christel House.
Clark enjoys traveling, reading, tennis and has a great appreciation for the fine and performing arts.

Jeff Fudge has served as an owner and President of Resort Property Marketing International, Inc, since its establishment in 1991. His career leading up to timeshare resales actually began with hotel and resort operations. He was employed, out of the military, at the Regency Hyatt House in Atlanta, GA, as Assistant Manager of numerous departments, and also served as President of the Hyatt Credit Union. Jeff then became involved with Fairfield Resorts (Presently Wyndham Vacation Resorts), where he served as General Manager of Resort Operations at Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. He also served as GM of Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island, FL. While GM of Fripp Island Resort, SC, he was involved with the Cornell Work Study Program and served on numerous HOA Boards, including when he was with Fairfield. He has also been a consultant to a condominium hotel management company.
He and his partners of RPMI believe the great accomplishments of RPMI lie within their strong capabilities of relieving sellers of unwanted timeshares when they can no longer use them with an honorable program. RPMI’s untarnished success in providing their buyers with great products and lasting enjoyment stems from their creed of continuous service and attention before, during, and after the sale.
Jeff is a native of St. Augustine, FL and now resides in Quitman, AR. He and his wife Brenda, of 21 years, have traveled extensively. Jeff inherited, from childhood, his parents love for travel. When time allows, Jeff is an amateur artist, enjoys astronomy and bass, trout and big game fishing.
Board Member Class 1: Jessica O’Daniel
Jessica has literally grown up in the timeshare resale world. With her father being one of the pioneers of the resale industry and his company being one of the most reputable for over 30 years, eventually owning her own resale company, seemed only natural. A native of Maryland, Jessica moved to Florida and graduated with honors from the University of South Florida. It was during that time she began working in the family business of timeshare resales. After getting married and moving with her husband to his home state of Oklahoma, Jessica was able to start her own company, Redbud Timeshare Realty. Jessica and her husband Brian have two daughters, Isabelle and Camille. The family’s favorite vacation destination the Caribbean, particularly St. Thomas, but have a goal to visit all 50 states within the next 10 years (Currently they have visited 30). Jessica has extensive knowledge of the timeshare industry and would be happy to help you find the vacation ownership of your dreams today.

Lisa entered the timeshare industry in 2000, and began specializing in timeshare resales in 2006. During her career, she has worked for name brand resorts such as Marriott Vacation Club. Lisa is currently with Timeshare Resale Partners, LLC.
