Clark Rowley, RRP, is the Vice President of Sales for SmartChoice Timeshare Resales and its subsidiary Luxury Residence Club Resales, the Authorized Resale Broker for Four Seasons Residence Clubs. Prior to moving into the resale market he was the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Scottsdale Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and Vice President of Professional Resort Operators (Pro) Management Co., where he began his hospitality career 28 years ago. His responsibilities include directing the owners rental program, food and beverage, activities, concierge, spa services, event and meetings, and revenue management.

Clark has been actively involved with ARDA and ARDA Arizona for the past 19 years. He is Chairman of ARDA AZ and has chaired the ARDA Arizona Legislative Breakfast for past 14 years and has served as Chairman of the ARDA Foundation’s Professional Development Committee for the past seven years. He served as the 1999 President of the Arizona Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and served on the Board of Directors for HSMAI America’s Board. In 2002-03, Clark formed the HSMAI Past President’s Council for the Arizona Chapter of HSMAI which won the “Best of the Best” Award nationally. He was the recipient of the 2004 HSMAI Hospitality Sales and Marketing Professional of the Year and the 2005 President’s Achievement Award. Clark also teaches a real estate law class regarding timesharing and has held an Arizona Real Estate License for the past 21 years. He chairs the Scottsdale Christel House Open Golf Tournament benefiting the children of Christel House.
